Reglazing Bathtub

Three months ago, I have a bathtub and surround reglazed. I just discovered a wear spot that my bathroom door was causing on the surround. How do I repair the reglazing?

Match it with a similar gloss alkyd enamel paint.
Sand the area lightly with about a 320 grit,feather slightly into the re-glaze,...Get a smallbrush and touch-up the area
feathering lightly into the re-glaze.
Best idea so far...
