Hi....I have a problem that I can't seem to solve! The bath/shower area is covered in tiles and therefore I have trouble keeping the grout white. It has turned black and I was wondering what I could do to get rid of it? And how I can keep it for forming or appearing again? I do not have a whole lot of time on my hands and don't want to spend weekend after weekend scrubbing it off!

A grout colorant, get away from white and color the grout beige, grey, something tending in the direction its chosing
go on its own. Clean the grout, apply newly configured colour with lil ole brush
Another way is to chip away the grout and to regrout, using a darker tone , that wont show new staining.
Typically, its the narrow, unsanded grout that discolours, and is moderately easy to remove (enuff for replacement purposes), using a 8penny or 16penny framing nail. dont get all hurried or you'll scratch the tile, calm and cool, good casual aim, take out the ugliest stuff then back off to the lesser.mix the new stuff, wipe it on, using a grout sponge. I think the new stuff has anti-mildew built in,.check the box....piece of cake
good luck
