Shower Specifications

Hi! I need to know what the rules are for having a shower stall without a door. Are there preset lengths and depths? We are remodeling and want to take out a tub shower and just have a shower and I love the idea of no shower door. Any info will help. Thanks

Cool

Sure.
Done all of the time.
They even make all kinds of decorative shower stall curtains for the purpose.
Good luck!

I don't know that there are any preset specs for something like that. Most of the time it will depend on where the shower head is and where it's facing and a number of other factors.

A curtain would solve a lot of problems.

If you just want it open then you need to make sure water is not gettting past the shower dam. If it does you'll need to waterproof outside the shower.
