Post Project Planning a bathroom renovation

I just bought a 'fixer-upper' and need to renovate the bathroom. The joyces underneath are solid, but the subfloor has some water damage.
Net: I need to replace the subfloor, vanity, sink, and probably the toilet. I also need to replace some galvanized pipe on the risers going to the toilet and sink (and the tub, but that's coming through the closet next door and is almost separate).
The tub and wall tile are in fine shape. Needs some paint higher up.

My questions is this: What order do I do these things in?
Here's my best guess based on talking to some contractors and getting estimates:
1. Pull up the old floor
2. Replace all the pipes in the wall and floor.
3. Install new subfloor, new floor tile.
4. Install new vanity,sink, toilet.
5. Paint/finish.

Am I on target here?
