I am on a well, what can I DO to fix toilet ,

other than a clogged toilet trap.

The well only has to do with the water supply to the toilet tank, not the flushing operation of the toilet itself.
That's done by gravity, unless you have some type of pressure-assisted toilet.
If you're just having a problem with that one toilet, it is either something in the built-in trap, or the holes around the rim of the toilet are plugged with mineral deposits restricting the water flow flushing action (clean out with coat hanger wire), or the flapper is closing too quickly (needs to be replaced) or there is something clogging the closet bend.
