Weight gain from contraceptive hormones is common, but is reason that you should check with your doctor first. Once you have the medical ok, we can go from there.

sorry about that, i didnt know u cudnt put email addresses in

i get checked over every three months on my depo injection and im fine. fit and healthy. there are no problems with my body being affected by the injection. i had my recent check up last week. the contraceptive nurse explained to me that the contraceptive injection does increase appetite and can result in some weight gain.
but recently i hav stopped going to the gym - which i am going to go back to!!! and i hav a very inactive job (i work in a call centre) where i am sat down all day. and i hav been eating out a lot and eating general junk like pizza and nachos etc very naughty i know. so now i am dieting to lose the extra weight i hav gained this year.

Weight of a stone is 14 pounds or 6.35029318 Kilograms. This unit of weight is used in the United Kingdom, Ireland and most Commonwealth countries.

Mandolins work for finely slicing many items for salad. They are available in many price ranges. Just be careful. Even the cheap ones will slice fingers with ease.

Smile helo

[COLOR=Plum][FONT=Comic Sans MS]i am new here too. this is my very first post. I am also wanting t olose two stone, well that is my realistic target. I am 23 and am just never bothered to do any exercise. I work full-time and have a part time job too which i have been using as an excuse for putting on four stone in as many years. I was a size six (uk) and wouldn't want to go back to being that small because i was never well. I started my diet last week and have lost four pounds. I last weighed myself on Saturday morning but have drank a couple of glasses of wine and been a bit crap this weekend so am not looking forward to getting on the scales in the morning.

Good luck i think it is all about determination and i really want to get into my skinny jeans asap so fingers crossed.
