Can someone please recommend a healthy diet that can help to lose 5 pounds in a week?

No such thing. Max fat loss is generally 1 to 2 pounds per week, maybe a little more in the first week. Anything more than that and you're losing other things as well, like muscle.

If you know of secret way let me know. The only way I know is eat less, eat more healthy and regular exercise. All of which I use to do but not much any more. The regular exercise or heavy work such as farming is probably the most important issue. Most people who have extreme physical work can usually eat lots without gaining weight.
