Question Finding a replacement window

I need some assistance. I have a single pane wood double hung Andersen Window with a storm window over my kitchen sink. (Vintage 1968). I want to replace it with a double casement window that is vinyl clad on the exterior and has a wood interior.
The problem is that the rough opening for the double hung window is 38-1/8" W x 41-3/4" H. Andersen does not manufacture a double casement window that fits in that opening. They are either too wide or too narrow. I have searched the web and I can't find a vinyl clad window that fits my requirements.

I live near Baltimore. Are there any suggestions? (e.g., go with aluminum clad)

My friend,

" 38-1/8" W x 41-3/4" H " is anything but a standard "rough opening". But, in the world of retrofit windows, THAT shouldn't really matter., However, finding a mfgr. who does vinyl clad exteriors, wood interiors, AND who can do a dbl. casement to fit this opening -- YOU are really limiting your search. If you could settle for a sgl. or dbl. hung, a sgl casement, or an XO (or OX) that fit all of your other needs, you would probably have more luck.
