We are currently in the process of converting our screened porch into a sun room. We acquired a 4'* 5' fixed insulated window pane and would like to use it, but do not know how to frame it. Please advise us in the best way to frame it, so we can use it in our remodeling project.

I am assuming that this is a solid glass pane. You will need to frame it 1 3/4" larger in both directions. Fill in with the 1x (3/4") that will frame the opening and use 1/4 round on both sides of the glass for stops.

Use top quality clear silicon to seal the glass inside and out.
