rough opening for closet door
We are framing in a closet that had full length sliding doors. We are using standard length bifold door. What is the rough opening size for a 32 inch bifold?

The FINISHED opening needs to be 32", so just take 32" and subtract whatever thickness your wall covering will be weather it's drywall, paneling, plaster, etc...the door opening mearsurements they have listed on the box on bi-folds is the finished opening. Then that will tell you how far to space your studs.
