metal door windows
I have two metal entry doors with glass windows. The plastic molding oozes glue and is it ugly. When I remove the glue, it comes right back. Is it possible to remove the plastic molding, clean the glue and replace the molding? Please help.

That is the caulk used under the outside moulding to seal against water coming in. It's made so it stays soft, but if you have a darker painted door, it will heat and ooze out about forever.
IF your doors are protected by an overhang or roof enough tht you don't have a problem with water running right down on them, you could remove the screws on the inside that hold the mouldings together, take out the glass, and remove most of the caulk. BUT DON'T do it if water entry could be a problem.....
