Hello Folks, I'll try to decribe this the best I can. I have a window that folds in so you can clean it. To get it to fold in it has 2 finger holes to release the clip from the track so the window will fold in. One of the clip mechs is completly missing. Is there a way to get a replacement or rig this. The window is in a rental unit and the window keeps falling in. Only one side is holding the window in place. Thanks for your time in advance. Eric

A sgl. or dbl. hung window with a tilt in sash -- do you know who the mfgr. is?
If so, try to contact them either through their local rep., or on-line.
If not, remove the sash and take it to a local glass shop and see if they can line you up with the proper latch.
