Brwon water coing out of windows and siding

Please help. I have brown water coming of of siding and around windows both inside and out. Pictures are found at the following link:

The house is 4 years old and I bought it brand new. There is a vapour barrier and likely R12 in the walls.

Please help!!!

My guess is that's it's rust. Siding and/or insulation under it was installed using something other than galvanized nails.

Solution would be to remove the siding (numbering the pieces as you do so), find and replace the nails that are causing the problem, the reinstall the siding (follow your numbers!)
