Sticky sliding glass door
#1

Hi,
I have a sliding glass door which leads outside to the back deck. It has started to become "sticky" when you try to open or close it. Once it slide easily. But now it takes two hands and some effort. I have heard there are adjustments you can make but I do not know how.
Any help?
Bob

Adjusting screws (inside a hole) are found on the edges at the bottom or on the inside face of the bottom rail. Try to raise the rollers first by turning the adjusting screw clockwise. If that doesn't work, remove the door and lube the rollers and if the rollers are worn, replace them.
