Mirrored BipassDoor Adjustment

We have a mirrored bipass door that measures 8'x3' per panel. One of the panels will not move on the track. One of the kids bumped into it, and that's when the trouble started. It appears that the metal frame is bent because the mirror is not fully covered on the edges.

How can we repair this problem? Will we need to order a new frame to replace the bent one?

Any help will be appreciated.

Remove the door by lifting up and out of the track. If the mirror is held to the frame will double sided tape, you have a problem. If the mirror is set into the frame with a vinyl gasket you may be able to repair it. Remove the screws on each end of the bent piece, remove the piece gently, straighten it and replace it.

It looks like the frame has a channel that the mirror slides into. Of course, I didn't take it off the track, just stuck my head into the closet.

We will have to take it all the way out to check the problem.

Thanks for the advice.
