Glass is has hazy look

My insulated glass in the garage door and both family room patio doors has a defective thermal-pane seals causing the glass to hazy. How can I fix this? (don't have much money to spend)

There is no "fix" other than to replace the insulating glass units.

I need some advice. I am working on finishing the basement in my 1925 house. Two exixting doors are framed into the poured concrete foundation of the house. This concrete is 6" deep. I am framing 1.5 inches off the wall with 2 x 4's. If I move the doors out to the framed wall what do I do with the 6-8" space this creates? Does anyone have experience here? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for the help. Chad
