Exclamation Need a quick, nice looking, fix for replacing 8' closet doors

Hi, I'm new here. But I thought this might be a good place to get some ideas. I need a quick fix (but something that's nice looking) for replacing 8' closet doors (which are long gone in the trash) with standard height 6'8" closet doors. I'm trying to sell my house, but without closet doors, I can't even list it! The lead time on 8' doors is 4-6 weeks... and over $1000 for the 4 closets that I need to replace, and we need to be listed in 2-3 weeks.

Does any one have any good ideas???

Thanks!

Make a simple frame from 2x3's @ 24" oc. 1/2" BCI plywood both sides. Screen molding the perimeter. Bead molding in the field for effect.
Prime and paint.
