Bedroom door alternative
As i am getting my room ready for my college life i have decided that i hate my bedroom door and want somthing different. I want somthing that will provide for privacy and security but is not the traditional door. I thought of like a roll top door like you would see on a desk or even a storage shed...The problem is money i dont have a ton to spend. Does anyone have any creative ideas that might work for me? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You should count your blessings, your wallet has your best intrests at heart.
You are aware that the "roll top", has to go somewhere. Also, some desks have lids that hinge at the bottom, and open from the top.You didn't mention changing the "floor"decor.
You could attach half round to the door to create the appearence of a tambor, glue surfer beads(small sea shells)......
