Anderson Gliding window (left V. right)
We ordered two gliding windows. We specified one left and one right active panel, but we recieved both with right active. The Contractor states that the Anderson gliding windows are not ordered in left or right, but that he can reverse one of the windows. This makes not sense to me, can NE1 confirm this?

Looking from inside, the right sash is active. Once the active sash is opened, the passive sash can then be opened. I don't know about reversing.

Confirmed with Anderson
The gliding windows only come with one side active. The 200 series has a fixed passive panel, and the 400 series has moving passive panel. They are not reversible, and to do so will nullify the warranty.
We will most likely take one window and alter is for the oposite active panel. We'll see, but its disappointing they do it this way. Wish we knew, we would have done a casment.
