need hi air-flow door between rooms that are not heat balanced

I have a living room and dining room that cannot be heat balanced in the winter (steam heat) when the tenant pulls the two solid bifold doors shut in the approx 80" wide doorway. The dining room is heated but I cannot get the temp up high enough there with this door shut, I need some heat to flow to dining room from living room I guess I can buy two fully louvered bifold doors, but wonder if warm air will really flow through it. Any other ideas besides a louvered door?

A thru-the -wall fan mounted close to the ceiling will tranfer the heat into the other room. This website has such a device. http://www.gardening-supplies-tools.com/?ip=HEAT+TRANSFER+FAN
