Chip in beading on plastic front door

Accidently used front door to steady myself after tripping on front step, took a chunk out of the beading around a panel of the door. Need to replair this plastic but do not have all of the chipped pieces so need to re-create using other materials rather than replace the whole door or whole of front panel Need ideas on what materials to use?

May sound funny, but you could call a Tub Repair Co.

John Boy, Welcome to the DIY Forums.
You didn't say how fancy the molding was but with a little artistic ability you may be able to use auto body filler and shape it close to the original shape. Then sand to get the closest match you can and paint.
Watch this post for more ideas from the Pro's. Good Luck.

I will hold fire for a week or so to see if there are any other good ideas, but I can see the body filler idea working well as the beading is not too extravagant. Thanks.
