Water On Window Frames

Is It Normal For There To Be Water On The Metal Frames Of Windows. The Outside Temp Was 30 And The Humidity Level In My House Is 40 Percent. The Water Is Only On The Aluminum Frames And Not The Glass.

hi, keeping your wood sills with a good coat of paint that is not peeling should keep them good, assuming they are pretty smooth and have a good finish to begin with.

Hi, Check to see if the windows have weep holes in the bottom frame. They may be plugged.
Good Luck woodbutcher
