I peeked at the web site and they look like ordinary pre-hung doors.
I think the confusion in terminology (ezfit verses prehung) may be in the fact that you are looking at a web site in Australia. Notice the web address ends in ".au".

LOL, It never occured to me you where in Australia. I'm in U.S.A.
Prehung doors are installed by DIY'er's everyday, and yes, there are a great deal easier to install than hanging the door and jam separately. However, the prehung door can be difficult for the novice DIY'er. I might suggest than you search the DIY archives for other discussions about hanging them to get an idea of what is involved.
If you have never seen one hung, or if you have never seen a prehung door in place before the finish trim is installed, then you may not have an idea of whether or not it is a task you would want to tackle. Most DIY's have an idea of what is involved before they hang one. For example, you need to buy a package of wood door shims in addition to the prehung door.
Prehung exterior doors and more difficult to hang than interior doors.
