Problem with hanging a double door

I am in the process of hanging a bouble prehung door with split jambs. everything was going good until I thought I was finished. I got the first side up (side with the doors) and tacked into place. the doors opened and closed ok. I then put second side up and screwed everything down. Now one side of the door will not close all the way. Is there a way to fix this without takeing it all the way down. Thanks

try taking out one of the top hinge screws and install a 3" screw that will go back into the trimmer. This should pull the door up slightly and increase the gap between the doors at the top. Be sure you don't overtighten this screw- there ought to be shims behind the hinges to keep them straight.
