Crank out windows on 3 season porch

I have a few crank out windows on my 3 season porch where the handle and parts are stripped. The handle just keeps turning. How difficult is this to fix myself. I can pop the screens out and the handle is attached to a long bar that rolls to then open the windows. Thanks for the help!!!

Replacing the operator is very simple. Take one out and bring it to your local glass shop. They have them or can order them.

There should be a couple screws holding the entire crank arm mechanism to the window. They are usually installed from the outside of the window, so you might need to open the window then go outside to see them. The crank handle and arm should all be one unit, and as mentioned, replacements can be ordered.
