sagging aluminum storm door

The top hinge is bent and cannot be bent back. This allows the door to sag and cannot be closed. I noticed all the hinges on this door appear to be turning on what i would call a log narrow rod with a metal screw at the top of the rod. can this screw and then rod be removed to replace the hinge or at least move one of the remaining 3 good ones to the top? Do i need a special tool since this rod smaller than a toothpick?

I've never tried to replace the hinge rod itself, so I can't give you any advice there. But you can remove the door itself from the hinges by removing the screws that hold the door to each hinge. I would then suggest you take a block of wood, say 3" x 10", hold the 3" wide end against the bent part of the hinge rod and smack it with a big hammer. If it doesn't help, "get a bigger hammer". That ought to bend the hinge rod enough that, if nothing else, it will be better than it was.
