can't find shelving for pantry .....

Hi, I presently have a pantry located behind bi-fold doors but I need to replace the shelving. (I have torn out the old ones put in by the prior owner as they were hitting the doors) The perfect shelf depth would be 10-11 inches as this would allow the bi-fold doors to close properly without hitting the shelf edge. Is there a place where I can find white laminated shelves with this depth. Wire racks come in a standard depth of 12 inches as does everything else. I am unable to find anything close to the required depth. Any suggestions?? I don't have the equipment to cut them to size.

Sounds like Home Depot may work for you. Check out their supply of wood and have them cut shelves to size for you. Though you may have to get wood and paint it white as I doubt they have white laminate to cut.

Home depot does carry white laminate in 2x4 sheets, at least here they do. They can cut it down for you.
