Anyone heard of Air-Chek?
After all the research I have been doing, I am seriously considering replacement windows from a local company called Air-Chek Window Depot in central NJ where I live. They were recommended, manufacture and sell their own product, have a good warranty, but have any of you folks heard of them by any chance?

A local manufacturer can be a good thing. At least you have someone you can talk to (or complain to) in person. As far as others hearing about them, if they are local, they may not be selling outside your area yet. Kinda like a local restaurant. No one else but the locals ever ate there. Get recommendations and if you are satisfied, go for it. Check the recommendations out to make sure they are true. Check who installs them too. Installation is at least half the battle. Good luck.

They do their own installations, unless I want to install myself. Also they have been around for about 35yrs.

If they have been around 35 years, they must be doing something right. Windows are not cheap and I hate to see anyone get ripped off by a "fly by night" company. Sounds like you got a winner. Good luck.
