Hi! I'm far along on my bathroom remodel. Got the tile shower done, got floor done. I replaced the tiny and ugly old jalosied window with a much larger Pella vinyl casement window. I love the added light and air but the window is awfully white!! The rest of the bathroom is in tones of gold (tiles and ceiling) with green tropical leaf wallpaper (mustard gold background) and pale cinnamon oak cabinets. The window just really sticks out! Can a vinyl-clad casement window frame be either painted or wallpapered?
(I live in Hawaii and don't have heating or AC but the humidity is high. Don't know if that has anything to do with anything but just FYI.)

Sure you can paint it, but be warned that most companies will void their warranty if the window is painted.

Tina,
Just went through this. I used a Sherwin Williams product called "Duration." It's expensive, but when used with their binding primer, it works very well.
As XSleeper says, you may want to check on your warranty. Also, stick with lighter colors. Dark colors may cause the vinyl to get too hot and cause damage.
Good luck,
