Replacing Sliding Screen Door Track

I have nice wood French doors with sliding screen doors. The top track is a plastic track that snaps into a groove in the header. The bottom track is steel and is part of the threshhold. The doors were installed when the house was built in 1989. we bought the house in 2003. We have no idea who makes the door. The plastic track in the header is so old it is deteriorating and needs to be replaced. Any ideas how to find a replacement track. We have 4 doors with this setup.

If the plastic screen track is a "U" shape, it can be replaced with an aluminum one. You should be able to get one from a glass shop or window store that sells or makes screens. The new track must be screwed to the header.
