The basement walls of my house are poured in place concrete. I have (3) 31" x 20-5/8" basement windows. They are very similar if not the same as The Series 300 by Columbia Windows and Doors. [url=http://www.columbiawindows.com/C300.htm]Columbia Series 300 Aluminum Basement Window - Columbia Windows and Doors[/url] They were manufactured by Columbia Windows but they are 15+ years old. There is a tag on the window saying a screen is available but we don't have them and Columbia Windows no longer makes/sells them. Does anyone know of a 3rd party screen I can get for these windows? I need to get some ventilation in the basement but not let in the bugs. Don't have a lot of money to spend on the project. Thanks for the assistance Scott

I have a lift-master 1200. When the door is activated, through the remote or interior button, the motor runs but the door will not open or close. I can pull the release rope and open the door manually but when it is locked in place the door does not move. There is no visible break in the spring. When the motor is running the chain does not move. I have tried the reset by unplugging and letting it sit for about 10 minutes and that doesn't work.
