I need help. We inhertited a badly needed screen/storm door. It is the right size in width. I know that much. The hardware is all with it. The casing seems to be all there but there is no pianohinge. There is however three hinges.
My problem is the detailed instructions are not with it. The packaging of hardware says Wartian Lock Co. but I could find no website.
I have searched this website for half an hour now and I cannot find "How to install a screen door" EXCEPT to read that each manufacturer has it's own detailed instructions. This worries me for how am I to know who the manufacturer is? I figured I'd try here at the posts.
Can someone steer me in the proper direction?

 

Wartian Lock Co. does not make storm doors. Wartian is the lock that came with that storm door. Not all storm doors come with piano hinges, Most come with a hinge buck that has 3 or 4 hinges built into it. If you find a general instruction for installing storm doors, that should be enough since they are basically all about the same.
