Jammed Window
Last summer, the wind was blowing and my window came crashing down and closed. I could not get it back opened. It was jammed. During the winter I forgot about it.
Well, now that it is nice out again I was reminded that my window does not open.
Does anyone have suggestions on how to get this window unjammed. Its an allimunium window.

Does it have a tilt feature, and does it have a single lock at the bottom, or regular locking features between the top and bottom glazings?
