Help in removing screw/bolt of window

Hi Specs,
And welcome to the board. From your picture, it does not look like a screw. In fact it looks like a rivit, and has to be drilled out. It is no big deal. just drill it from the side you took the picture from, until the piece rides up on the drill bit. Make sure the bit is larger than the hole, but not so big as to cause damage when it goes through the rivit. I hope this helps. Let us know how it goes? Good luck.
