Sash on Anderson Glider

Hi I was wondering if anyone had information on how you take out the sash on an Andesron Glider. I can't seem to figure it out. It's a pretty large glider 200 series it has two grey clips that I tool out but I can't seem to figure how to get the sash out? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Patti

Patti: on the side face of the frame, you will see two holes. With a long phillips head screw driver, let the frame down. This will allow you to lift up and out at the bottom, clearing the rollers. Installation is just the opposite, as you will have to readjust the rollers for a smooth roll. Clean out the gutter while you are at it and spray with a good lithium lubricant.

Go to the Andersen website. Start here: http://www.andersenwindows.com/servl...%2FawGeneral-3, choose the 200 or 400 series and follow the links to replacing the sashes.

Duh, the word that stuck when I read the OP was "glider", and I immediately thought of the doors. Thanks for the save, Johnam.
