Question Installing screens onto daylight basement windows

I have rectangular basement windows that open out that currently have no screens. I obviously can't put screens outside the window as they wouldn't be able to open.

The windows latch against the side of the window frame, which makes it difficult to figure out how to put screens on the inside since they would appear to get in the way of the latch.

I tried going to Home Depot, but they were less than helpful. I'd appreciate any help - I'm thinking I need some kind of sliding screen that I can pull out when I want to open/close the window, but not sure how to proceed.

Thanks!

Any idea of the brand name of the windows? Maybe you could post a pix or two so we could view what you see.
