Determine window manufacturer
Sounds like a dumb question, but I can't find any identifying brand name on my casement windows. One of them has condensation between the panes (suggesting a failure of the seal) so I need to either get it replaced under warranty, or buy another one. Problem is, no markings.
There are french doors for the balcony that have a Roto logo along the edge, but I couldn't find anything about the company other than they make hardware for doors and windows.
The builder is no longer around, so can't ask them. The home (and window) is only five years old.
Any help is appreciated.

IMO, you have a snowball's chance of getting the fogged IGU replaced under warranty, even if the home is 5 yrs old.
But you might remove the screen, crank the window open and look for a sticker in the top of the frame of the window. There's a chance that there may be an NFRC sticker in the top of the window- something that is required by today's standards- dunno about 5 yrs ago.
You could also check the aluminum spacer bar between the glass, and see if there are any engravings in the spacer. Sometimes it will have initials, like TLW96 which might indicate a manufacturer. The problem is that a lot of vinyl windows are "non-descript". Too bad builders don't always leave an "info packet" such as warranty cards and such for new homeowners.
No matter who made the window, if you call a local glass company they can come out, measure the glass, have one made, and install it for you.

yellamo,
Try this -- go to your local bldg. dept. and find out who the contractor was that built the house. He can tell you the brand of windows that he installed. At 5 years, you may or may not get the IG unit replaced under warranty.(Depends on who the mfgr. is.)
At worst, it's like XSleeper said -- you only need to replace the glass (the IG unit), and ANY glass shop can do that for you. You are NOT looking at replacing the entire window.

blairking,
Welcome to the forums.
Not sure why you dug up a 3 year old thread, but OK.
A series of numbers isn't going to help you ID the mfgr., but if replacing IG units is all that you are thinking about, knowing the mfgr. isn't important. Any local glass shop can order IG units that will fit your frames, regardless of who made the frames.
The cost of replacing IG units is a LOT less than the cost of replacing an entire window. (It's cheaper to put new tires on a car than it is to replace the entire car when the tires wear out!!)
If you need a new IG unit (or several, for whatever reason), call a local glass shop and have them come measure for what you need. I say this because IF there's a mistake in the measurements, whoever did the measuring will be who eats the cost of the mismeasured IG units. Also, different window mfgrs. design different ways to retain the IG units in the frame, and the guys from the local glass shop can look at a window and know how to get to the IG unit.
