heavy steel door squeeks

I'd put vasaline or some type of lube on the hinges if I could get it in the cracks?

any ideas or product recommendations on how to deal with this or just live with it?

Vasoline or any oil would work best if you can take out the hinge pins [one at a time] and grease them. Otherwise you can spray the hinge with WD 40 and open and close the door to work the oil in.

sounds like a good plan

the door hinges are not rusted since they're only a few years old, I should be able to hammer them up & out with ease,

I'm thinking this is gonna take all of 5 minutes

French doors problem

After this scorching summer, my french doors that lead to the outside no longer shut properly. The latches to lock the door no longer match up between the two. I can visually see that the doors are offset at the top and bottoms. The only way to keep them shut is to force the deadbolt closed. I'm thinking the door frame warped from the heat. What is the best option to do now to get them lined up? I checked the hinges and they are all tight.

We have a steel door with a sliding window, opens to the inside, which in heavy rain leaks water - from the top of the door frame - there is no storm door. There are some water stains on the frame at the top and on the outside we don't see any stripping over the top of the frame but it is hard to tell because of the stucco - The house is made of Stucco (from 1938) and is in Atlantic Canada in humid/wet climate near the ocean (which is probably not the best climate for stucco, considering it is peeling) Can this be easily fixed?
