I have a Roto-Frank skylight with the seal apparently gone and now it's fogged up inside...can I replace that glass and if so how? Thanks guys.

I doubt that replacing the insulating glass unit (IGU) is something that you can do as a DIY job. But I'm sure that it can be professionally replaced- you would just have to call a glass shop to come and measure it. IGU's are all custom made, so they would have to measure it, make it, and come back to install it. In my area, this usually takes 1-2 weeks, depending on their lead time.
