Can a tubular skylight be installed in a wall?

We have a basement bathroom that could really use some natural light. I'd love to install a tubular skylight through the exterior wall, or via the exterior wall in the adjoining utility room. Is this possible?

Don't know why not. I have never done one like that, but all they are is a reflector. The run needs to be kept short, but it should work. Use stainless going thru the foundation, concrete is really hard on galvanized steel.
