Sliding Glass Patio Door Plastic Interlock Weatherseal Broken

There is a plastic "U" shaped channel that forms the weather seal where the 2 sliding glass doors meet. It's attached to one of the doors by a few screws it seems and the other door fits snug into the open end of the "U" shape as they close.

My problem is it's plastic (stiff vinyl maybe?) and there are a few chunks broken out of it. I can't find the manufacture label on the door anywhere other than the glass itself says "Guardian Glass" on a very small label. Anyone know where I can find this replacement piece?

Thanks
Gene

You're not going to get a replacement piece without a manufactuers name.
