Installing Prehung Doors

I am currently finishing my basement. I purchased several prehung doors. I am not sure at what stage they should be installed. I am currently completing the framing stage, and waiting on an electrician. Still just have concrete floors. Planning on doing carpet in some areas and tile in the bathroom.

Do I install the doors now, or after the flooring is in. I figured I can always trim the doors later if needed if installed now. If installed after flooring, does that mean the door casing sits on top of the carpet/tile?

Thank you very much in advance for the help!

Doors

Hang doors after flooring and drywall are installed. Inspect the bottom ends of the side jambs and casing to be sure they are square and even. Jambs and casing rest on top of floor.
