Broken panes in double pane replacement windows

I have 3 Simonton windows that have cracks in them. Two have cracked recently, due to thermal stress (my hypothesis, noting hit them...). One is cracked outside, and two are cracked inside. The windows were already installed in the home when I bought it.

What's the best way to have these panes replaced? I have heard that these windows are put in by Home Depot contractor services; if so, can they also replace the panes?

They are tip out windows, so I can remove the whole pane assembly easily.

Simonton has a fairly good warranty, should be 20 yrs on glass, give them a call. Many vinyl windows do not have replacable glass, the whole sash must be replaced, not sure about Simonton. I don't think HD sells them, at least not around here.
