Welcome to the forums. I read your post 3 times and will have to bite. Why do you want to get your arm through the paneling? Basically your description is lacking in exactly what you have, what you want to do, and how we can help you do this.

Cut the foam with a serrated blade.

An improvised long blade can be made by soldering hacksaw or repo saw blades together.

Styrofoam melts also. A hot poker will create a hole. A hot knife (heated blade) will cut it.

Wink foam doors

the doors are 1m wide and 6foot tall, and about 20cm thick, we can't pry the doors apart, as the metal would bend. i don't know exactly how to describe them real well, do i? (it must be cause i'm female???) ha ha ha.

A reciprocating saw fitted with a long fine tooth metal cutting blade will cut the metal facing and styrofoam at the same time.

You still haven't explained very well what you are trying to do. I just can't picture in my weird mind what your problem is. Prying two doors apart? Cutting a hole in a panel? Explain what you are looking at when you see your problem. Tell us what you need to do. Post a picture if necessary on a site such as photobucket.com so we can see what you see.
