Adjust new outside metal door..help needed
I understand there are some screws that adjust the storm door to better
fit the opening could yu give me some directions on how these work.
I have a door that you can see the light of day on the latch side opposite hinge side and need help to adjust
much appreciated;

The storm doors with which I am familiar don't have an adjustment as you describe.
Larsen doors, for example, come unassembled. You have to cut the z-bar to fit the opening and shim behind it for odd openings. There's not a lot of room for error.
What's the brand name of the door?

door adjustment
Only screws would be the ones that hold the latch-side jamb to the door trim. Remove these and adjust the jamb over until you have a better fit. You may have to shim the latch-side opening to get some "meat" when re-locating screws. What is brand/model of door?
