Identifying a Window Manufacturer

I am unable to locate a brand stamp on any of my windows. The house was foreclosure. I would like to try and get parts for the existing windows.
Any body have an idea who made these windows?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

It reminds me of a Bristol slider window that I put in years ago. You might see if they have a dealer near you who could take a look at it to verify it for sure.

Is that an NFRC sticker that you can see on the center of the right hand jamb side, when the window is open?

Good eye. The stickers just mention the size of the windows. No sales or company details.

Bummer about the sticker. Can you tip the slider into the room, and take a picture of the bottom track? The tilt latches are on the left side (visible in the pics) and it hinges on the right.

As I recall, bristol's slider has some kind of sliding metal track on the top and bottom that looks like a series of overlapping holes. It's been quite a few years ago since I worked with it, and we only did one home with them. I hated them.

I can do that. Won't be able to post them until this evening though (EST). I actually need bottom tilt latches for one of the windows. Also I need a track guide (the little piece that sends the window back in the sill) for a few of them.
On all of the windows, I have to move the ball of the latch (see pic 2) with my hand in order to get the latch to function when closing the windows.

Can these issue be resolved without the manufacturer?

Tracking down the manufacturer is your best bet. Most vinyl windows are "supposed to" have a lifetime warranty on parts. Very few companies stand behind that, however, since they quickly change models and can then say that old parts are "out of stock". Some also do not transfer warranties from one owner to the next. I know, it's crummy.

If you can verify that this is indeed a Bristol product, and perhaps can email them a picture, circling the parts you need... they may just send you the parts if you are willing to attempt the repairs on your own. Here is their customer service contact page:

http://www.bristolwindows.com/customerservice/contactus.asp

You could also attempt to get a free service call, where they could verify what parts are needed, and then send them to you. There's not many places that are chomping at the bit to do service work, since it's not very profitable at all. Sadly, some companies won't give the 2nd owners the time of day.

I found a company in my area that services Bristol windows. Waiting to hear back from them.
In the meantime.... here is the picture of the track that you requested.

Thanks for all your assistance with this. : )

Boy, that doesn't look familiar, unless I am remembering it wrong. I hope I'm not causing you to bark up the wrong tree. Hopefully it will be Bristol- if not, maybe the guy will be knowledgeable enough to recognize it- or have access to his similar hardware that could fix it!
