One scenario is a flat tire. Check the rollers on the bottom and see if one has broken or become flat on one side. When you close it, does it make a bump, bump sound? The track(s) should be clean and I recommend lubricating with Liquid Wrench Teflon lubricant. It dries completely and doesn't attract dirt like WD-40 and others. If it is stopping at the same point every time, there could also be a boo boo on the lower track that the wheels can't negotiate smoothly.

Hi,After you have done all the things in the previous post and if it still is tight check the play in the door. Where the door rolls Ok lift the dooor on each end to check the play then move it to where it is tight and see if you have about the same play. If the door is tight adjust the rollers.
