removal of Arrow commercial door knob pegs
We are trying to fix the outer door knob on our business. The pins, or whatever holds the outer door knob on, have rusted and the door knob comes off. We have everything apart on the latch, but can't figure out how the square pegs come off of the latch mechanism. (the square pegs that actuall turn the latch) Any help would be appreciated!.
The latch is an Arrow, with the numbers 788n on it.

As far as i know, Arrow has been gone/swallowed up for quite a while. If you can get the old unit apart, start looking for a new lockset. If you can't get it apart, break, drill or otherwise remove it. Then install a new unit.
