I have a problem with my door knob. The screw that's in the door knob itself is stripped. I keep trying to put Gorilla glue to keep it on, but the glue will not hold it on. Can someone help me?

Not sure what kind of door knob we're talking about, but it might be possible to use a larger screw. Either that or replace the door knob.

I save every extra screw that comes with any project I work on at home. In some cases I have srews that the end is tapered and has slits cut in it that when used in a smaller hole or a hole without threads it cuts new threads as it is installed. If you don't have something like this you may be able to find something similar at your local home improvement store.
Hope this helps,

Hi, Couple of ideas, you want to shim the hole use a small piece of paper like a match, put that in the hole leave some paper hanging out then install the screw if that doesn't hold use stranded wire.

A couple of suggestions - 1. Drill and tap setscrew hole in knob to next size larger. 2. If all doors in house have the same type knobs, exchange stripped one with one from the inside of a closet.
