Bookshelf Door

I am in the process of finishing some unused space and in one area, I want to have a hidden door as a book shelf. I have it all drawn out pretty much. My question is on the hinges. If it is a fully functional bookshelf, I'm going to need some durable hinges. Any recomendations?

Thx

i have two. i mounted the hinges on drawer slides(metal ball-bearing) and then to the bookshelf. it slides out and then pivots to gain access to the closed. it is like a secret closet that looks like a bookshelf. i also installed wide casters on the bottom to support the bookshelf. what do you think??? it works great and no one knows there is a closed there. i can supply pictures if needed.
